May 2023: Helen from Derby spent the King's Cornation bank holiday weekend at the Hilton East Midlands and enjoyed some healthy treats whist celebrating, and enjoyed a walk to Sawley marina. 

April 2023: Sarah from Stenson Fields spent the May day bank holiday weekend at the Hilton East Midlands, and enjoyed a walk to Sawley marina. 

April 2023: Lyam from Mickleover spent a midweek break at Hilton Nottingham for his Birthday with some friends.

April 2023: Rebecca from South Derbyshire spent a bank holiday weekend at the Hilton East Midlands for a chocolate and bun free Easter. We went on a lovely walk along the local Trent Lock canal.

Feb 2023: Lyam, Tracey, Keith & Aline from Derby spent a weekend at the Hilton East Midlands. Lyam lost 10 lbs that week and Tracey lost 5 lbs, plus got her digestive system moving regularly after some nutritional advice on fibre, water quality and food additives.  The hotel even provided a calorie free cake for Tracey's birthday!

Jan 2023: Helen & Kay from Derby spent a weekend at the Buxton Hot Tub House and lost over 2 lbs each, and we  enjoyed a walk up Soloman's Temple. 

Nov 2022: Helen from Derby spent a weekend at Hilton East Midlands and lost over 2 lbs and decreased the size of her midsection. Helen enjoyed a walk at Attenborough Nature Reserve. 

Oct 2022: Sarah from Stenston Fields, Derby spent a weekend at Hilton Leicester and lost 2 lbs (and another 5 lbs the following few days!). Sarah enjoyed walks at the local nature area and on the way home at Stapenhill Gardens Burton.

When do I need to pay? 24 hours before check-in

How do I pay? Bank transfer

Can I get a refund if my plans change? No refunds are available, however we do allow name changes or we can help you resell your place. 

Is it guaranteed that I will lose 7 lbs? As long as your not on too much medication, most people can lose the 1/2 stone in the weekend. We recommended reducing your grain, sugar, caffeine, nicotine and alcohol intake to get the best results.

Can I bring my own food/drinks? Yes, but we would recommend not doing so if you have issues with overeating

What do I need to bring with me? We recommend bringing with you... (towels & bedding are provided)

• Comfortable clothes (thin layers are useful)

• Toothbrush (chemical free toothpaste provided)

• Water bottle (preferably metal or glass)

• Swimwear if you want to go in the pool/hot tub/steam/sauna

• Robes & spa slippers are provided, but you may wish to bring your own size/comfort wise

• Optional: Slippers

• Optional: Comfortable shoes to walk

• Optional: Waterproof coat

• Optional: A book
